This page explains how users can request deletion of their account in the FEBS 2026 Congress mobile application published on Google Play and Apple AppStore by MCI Suisse SA.
If you created an account in the EAHAD 2026 app, you can request deletion of your account at any time.
How to delete your account (in-app)
Open the FEBS 2026 Congress app.
Click on your name in the left menu.
The My Profile page will open.
Under the Privacy protection section, click Request account deletion.
Your deletion request will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days.
If you cannot access the app
If you are unable to access your account in the app, you can request account deletion by contacting support:

Subject: Account deletion request – FEBS 2026 Congress
Please include the email address used to register in the app.
What happens after you request deletion
Once processed:
Your account will be permanently deleted
You will no longer be able to access it
This action cannot be undone
Data deletion and retention
Account access and core account identifiers are removed so the account can no longer be used.
Some data may be kept in an anonymized form (meaning it can no longer be used to identify you) for purposes such as analytics, security, fraud prevention, auditing, or legal compliance.
